Robert “Dutch� Billman, 82, of Acton, passed away on February 27, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty; 5 sons, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a daughter. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Pleasant Valley Church, 9990 N. 700 E, Indianapolis, IN.
